The Toronto Mas Bands Association (TMBA) was unsuccessful in the court case they brought against the Festival Management Committee (FMC) who runs the Scotiabank Toronto Caribbean Carnival. The participating mas bands have registered individually with the FMC so the parade will go on! Now it's time to play mas!
