American Airlines & Your Ticket To Carnival

On November 29, 2011, by Triniyute

In case you haven’t heard, American Airlines filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this morning. If you are one of those persons who had already booked their ticket for Trinidad Carnival with AA, then the next logical question may be “what happens next?”

Actually, you can breathe easy. This is not the first time that a major airline has initiated bankruptcy proceedings. There is very little reason to worry about the sudden cancellation of your ticket, and the loss of your hard-earned cash. For those who have accumulated frequent flier miles, we do recommend that you monitor the situation for any changes that may occur with their miles reward program.

Also, several carriers offer both direct and non-direct flights to Trinidad. You can reference our weekly Flight Watch Monday‘s post for pricing, and contact us directly at info@trinidadcarnivals.com if you need more information. Ok? Now, breathe easy.
